I bought this pan about a month ago and have used it with several different meals and I love it, some foods do seem like they may want to stick but I think it is all in getting used to cooking on "real" pans again after using teflon for years, the pan is so easy to clean up just follow the directions for cleaning and no problem and no scubbing to speak of at all, I am going to try the smaller sizes next, I think you would be very happy with this pan.


I was looking for stainless steel because I have a parrot and teflon is dangerous for them if I burn something on it. They will die instantly.

So I had looked at many different sets and came accross this one. I didn't know what to expect since it was so cheap. When I opened up that box I was thrilled! the pan is very nice! It looks very high end and is quite thick compared to the cheaper walmart stuff. The handles are awesome and I can touch them while cooking without burning myself. The lid is really really nice as well. I am highly impressed!

The food cooks very evenly and very very nicely! It even tastes better!

For cleaning it is a little bit of a pain. If I actually rub the oil into the pan (not just pour and coat, but use my fingers) then it is somewhat easy. I found that if I put water in in immediatly after I take the food out, and put it back on the stove (with it off of course) and let it soak while I eat or washing the other dishes, then it comes off really nicely!

oh and never ever use high heat on ANY stainless steel, cheap or high end! It cooks evenly and much faster than any non-stick pan I have ever seen and if you cook at high heat you will burn your food and you will be scrubbing for all eternity and need a new pan.


Cleans up easy, is beautiful & elegant. Love the lid too! Goes from stove top to oven w/ease!


Perfect for family of four one pot cooking. Wonderful heat distribution and so easy to clean! Great pan I would recommend for the beginning cook to the advanced chef.


I really like this pan. However, no where on the pan or box was it stated that is was the 18/10 stainless steel. My other pans have this stamp on the bottom stating that they are the top quality stainless. My niece purchased this pan at a store and it is stamped with the 18/10 stainless steel stamp. SO I just wonder especially since it took on a slight color change after the first use. I DO like this pan and use it weekly. I have also purchased another one for a future bride.


yeah this product is better than other SS products. but not so good for flat top. size is much bigger..so does not heat evenly.Now I think If I could buy smaller one than that would be better for me.




This is one of the best pans I've ever had and I can't believe how low the price was.


I have to say that I love this pan. I have non-stick pots and pans and was looking for a pan that I could use that would carmelize better than those. I did a lot of research and decided that for the money this pan was perfect for me. It has a lot of room in it, comes with the cover (which is quite economical in itself) and as the other reviews say, you really could take it from the stove top to the table to serve as it does resemble a chafing dish. You won't be disappointed!
